What happens if you decide you want to move on? You can leave anytime. Your domain name is yours to take. As your account is in good standing, we will transfer it to you on request. Please refer to the terms of service you agree to upon signing up for other questions.
If you decide you want to leave and take your design with you, you can buy out the design. $187.50 per month of your monthly fee is applied to your design buyout at the standard one-time fee price ($4500). So if you leave at one year in, $2250 ($187.50 x 12 months) is subtracted from your design buyout cost. You can then buy out the design at $2250.
If you would like us to continue managing your website after 24 months, then you will be moved over to the website management package. Pricing ranges from $119-39/ month. You can view plan details here.
Due to changes in technology, trends, and more we do suggest you redesign your website every 2- 3 years.
MONTHLY BANKING OF UNUSED HOURS
If you have signed up for the monthly option, you receive one hour per month of design work from us. But what happens if several months pass and you haven’t used any hours? We save them for you!
We will bank up to three hours of un-utilized design time for use on later projects. So if you haven’t used them for a while and find yourself in need of a larger web design project, brochures, flyers, business cards, a logo, or some other design project, those hours are there for you to use as you see fit.
